WHAT ARE PELLET & BIOFUELS? A system designed and built to exhaust appliances that burn wood pellets, corn, or other pelletized bio fuels. These systems are commonly called "PL vent", "P vent", or "Pellet vent". This type of system is listed to UL 641, ULC S609, or ULC/ORD C441.

We recommend that our pellet hearth products be installed and serviced by professionals who are certified in the U.S. by the National Fireplace institute® (NFI) as NFI Pellet Specialists or who are certified in Canada by Wood Energy Technical Training (WETT).
